At Ten Mina Enterprise Property Management, our mission is to provide our clients with the best property management experience. Our services include: Status Updates, Recapture Service, Management, and Tenant Placement. We strive to exceed expectations and provide exceptional customer service every step of the way.
We charge $100 for a status and communication report on an unknown property.
Information you will need to provide:
1. Your tenant contact information
2. Proof of payment
3. Local county municipal records on your investment property
4. Current lease attained by tenant
If evictions are necessary, we provide a service to go to court to appeal for a recapture of the ownership of your property.
Recapture Service #1
$150 USD per hour for our recapture services, plus any court and service fees charged by the local county courts.
If an individual or company has acquired your property by paying your past due taxes, we offer recapture and resolution services.

Service #2
Starting at $2,000 USD to identify the individual or company who paid your past due taxes to obtain possession of your property, work to negotiate with this lien holder to help you regain possession of your property and partner with the city and/or county tax assessor's office to resolve your tax debt and bring your account current.
Our job is to identify and place a tenant that we believe will be the best fit. Someone who will pay monthly and stay in your home granting you the longest/ highest profit. We provide services to market your unit, and take applications. We also provide credit, background, sex offender, felony, and eviction checks. An online portal for potential tenants, automatic lockbox, easy application submittals, and easy denial or approval considerations for your tenant will be available. The fee for this service will be equal to 1 month's full rent
1. A website for tenants to be able to view their monthly statement.
2. Landlord will receive an automatic EFT Landlord payment/ bank wire each month for their tenant's rent.
3.. Tenant will have access to send any questions to property management through the landlord portal.
4. Tenant will be able to log-on to the system and pay their rent by debit, credit, or checking account.
5. A tenant portal will be available for their concerns.
6. Personal text service return within 1-24 hours for landlords; weekends allow up to the next business day.
7. Renewal services
8. Management does a 1 year walk through of landlord's property.
9. Move-in/ Move-out inspection, pictures included.
10. An on-site maintenance contractor for quick and inexpensive repairs.
We charge 10% of the monthly rental rate or 100$ to manage the property, which ever is greater.
